With a common thread that binds all band members, born and bred in Sydney’s West, Modern Error band members are dotted around the outer Sydney region in key areas such as Rooty Hill and a popular place for artist due its natural and inspirational beauty, the NSW Blue Mountains.

A true depiction of Australian Society, band members cultural backgrounds range Anglo-Saxon to Irish, Italian, Chinese, Welsh, Filipino, Serbian and even South African.

Studying Music at NirmibaTafe, in a serendipitous moment in time, the band members met and decided to start a band.

Finding a unique dynamic, the union of all band members brought together a mix of ethnicity that worked perfectly.

Recently, Modern Error won the Guinness Live Australia Competition and were sent to Dublin to play the Arthur's Day Celebration.

Also winner of Emergenza a world-wide band competition where we came 1st in Australasian heat, they were than sent to Germany to play the Taubertal Festival and compete against other countries from around the world. Modern Error placed 4th in the world.
